Shannon McGuire

Senior Operations Manager

Shannon McGuire serves as the Senior Operations Manager for Strategen’s nonprofit clients, where she ensures the smooth business operations of each nonprofit with a focus on increasing member/donor sales, engagement, retention, and overall satisfaction.

Shannon brings eight years of program and project management, development, operations, and communications experience in the nonprofit and government sectors. Most recently, she led the pandemic recovery efforts for the hospitality industry in North Carolina and managed the workforce development initiatives, federal grants, and scholarship program. Prior to this, she worked at a small management consulting firm that works with federal government agencies to empower their staff to improve program operations, stakeholder engagement, and communications. She is passionate about building partnerships and engagement for ESG initiatives.

Shannon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Human Services and Social Justice and a Master of Public Administration with a focus on nonprofit management from George Washington University.
