Consultant

Eliasid is a consultant at Strategen and primarily focuses on our decarbonization strategy practice area where he helps utilities, technology companies, governments, and NGOs to trace and achieve their clean energy and decarbonization goals. His expertise includes analysis and planning of energy resources, cost-benefit and dispatch analyses, evaluation of long-duration storage, distributed energy, green hydrogen, and peak-energy technologies.

Eliasid has helped our clients create localized visions for energy transition, identified best practices for the regulation of energy storage markets in developing countries, and investigated the value of energy programs and technologies to benefit customers and advance clean energy. He has experience working on the US western and structured energy markets, as well as foreign markets like Mexico, Australia and the United Kingdom.

Eliasid has a BA in Urban and Regional Planning from Mexico’s National University (UNAM) and training in Business Administration from UC Berkeley as a Fulbright Grantee. Prior to joining Strategen, he worked as a consultant in the development sector.
